ClimateSense® breakthroughs are centered around our thermophysiology-based control algorithm that enables micro climates to be perfectly tailored to match individualized thermal comfort needs. They include self-regulating thermal devices, interior surface heating, neck warming, footwell heating, steering wheel heating, seat climatization, mini compressor, liquid cooling and more.

ClimateSense® delivered between 50% to 69% energy saving in cold-weather testing (-7C), up to 85% energy savings at moderate 4C cool weather testing and 34% energy savings in hot weather testing (25C with 850 W/m 2 sun load), when compared to the existing central HVAC system of a Chevrolet Bolt EV (all results based on 2 occupants in a vehicle).
